Qué es bitetracking
bitetracking es una app para registrar ayunos, comidas, agua, peso, actividad, hábitos, sueño, ánimo y otros datos de salud, y ver cómo evolucionan. Funciona en la web, en Android y en Windows. Usarla implica aceptar estos términos y la política de privacidad.
Edad mínima
Para usar bitetracking tenés que tener 18 años o más. El ayuno no se recomienda a menores, y la app lo pregunta al empezar.
No es consejo médico
bitetracking no es un dispositivo médico y no diagnostica, trata ni previene enfermedades. La información de la app es general, indica su nivel de evidencia y no reemplaza a un profesional de la salud. Si estás embarazada o amamantando, sos menor de 18 años, tenés o tuviste un trastorno de la conducta alimentaria, tenés diabetes, tomás medicación (incluidos los GLP-1) o tenés otra condición de salud, consultá a tu médico antes de ayunar o de cambiar tu alimentación o tu actividad. Ante cualquier síntoma preocupante, interrumpí el ayuno y buscá atención.
Tu cuenta y tus datos
La cuenta es opcional. Tus datos son tuyos: podés exportarlos, importarlos y borrarlos cuando quieras desde Ajustes. Sos responsable de lo que cargás y de cuidar el acceso a tu correo o a tu cuenta de Google. Si no usás cuenta, tus datos viven solo en tu dispositivo: te recomendamos exportar un respaldo con frecuencia.
bitetracking Plus
Algunas funciones son parte de bitetracking Plus (por ejemplo, el informe en PDF, los temas de color y los programas avanzados). Cuesta USD 2,99 por mes, USD 19,99 por año o USD 44,99 por 3 años (precios de referencia; cada tienda los ajusta a tu país y sus impuestos). No hay prueba gratis, porque la app en sí ya es gratis: registrar todo y sincronizar no se cobra nunca. Los planes mensual y anual se renuevan solos hasta que los cancelás; el pase de 3 años no se renueva. La renovación, la cancelación y los reembolsos se rigen por la tienda donde lo compres (Google Play, App Store o Microsoft Store) y sus políticas. Lo que registrás nunca queda bloqueado: si Plus termina, tus datos siguen disponibles y exportables. Plus todavía no se vende: el cobro llega cuando la app esté en las tiendas.
Uso aceptable
No uses bitetracking para fines ilegales ni intentes acceder a datos de otras personas, interferir con el servicio o extraer información de forma automatizada.
Disponibilidad y cambios
Trabajamos para que la app funcione bien, pero se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías de disponibilidad continua ni de exactitud de las estimaciones (calorías, gasto de energía, nutrientes de los alimentos). Podemos actualizar la app y estos términos; si el cambio es importante, lo avisaremos en la app.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, bitetracking no es responsable por daños derivados del uso de la app o de decisiones tomadas en base a ella. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te da la ley de defensa del consumidor de tu país.

What bitetracking is
bitetracking is an app to log fasts, meals, water, weight, activity, habits, sleep, mood and other health data, and see how they evolve. It runs on the web, Android and Windows. Using it means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
Minimum age
You must be 18 or older to use bitetracking. Fasting is not recommended for minors, and the app asks about it when you start.
Not medical advice
bitetracking is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. The information in the app is general, shows its level of evidence and is not a substitute for a health professional. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have or had an eating disorder, have diabetes, take medication (including GLP-1s) or have another health condition, talk to your doctor before fasting or changing your diet or activity. If you feel unwell, stop fasting and seek care.
Your account and your data
An account is optional. Your data is yours: you can export, import and delete it at any time from Settings. You are responsible for what you log and for keeping access to your email or Google account safe. Without an account your data lives only on your device: we recommend exporting a backup often.
bitetracking Plus
Some features are part of bitetracking Plus (for example the PDF report, color themes and advanced programs). It costs USD 2.99 a month, USD 19.99 a year or USD 44.99 for 3 years (reference prices; each store adjusts them to your country and its taxes). There is no free trial, because the app itself is already free: logging everything and syncing never cost anything. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them; the 3-year pass does not renew. Renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the store where you buy it (Google Play, App Store or Microsoft Store) and its policies. What you log is never locked: if Plus ends, your data stays available and exportable. Plus is not on sale yet: payments arrive when the app is in the stores.
Acceptable use
Do not use bitetracking for illegal purposes or try to access other people's data, interfere with the service or scrape it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or of the accuracy of estimates (calories, energy expenditure, food nutrients). We may update the app and these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, bitetracking is not liable for damages arising from using the app or from decisions made based on it. Nothing here limits the rights consumer protection law gives you in your country.
